IT has made the following changes on 1/29/2017:

1. Ignition@apogaea.com - ONLY contains Ignition members

   • Not moderated

   • Contains: Igntion members based off the [Category] column in ApoUsers on the [2017 Users] tab (or current year tab)

   • Users will be added to this group once they are Ratified

     • You need to submit ratification request to your lead or board liaison or board@apogaea.com with the following info

       • Legal Name, Nickname, personal email address, phone #, department, and role

2. Sparks@apogaea.com - Only contains (known) Sparks

   • Moderated & Limited, only @apogaea.com address can e-mail it

   • Contains: Spark who have either an @apogaea.com address or external email address as listed in ApoUsers 

   • BUT IT WILL ONLY those that are listed in http://apourl.co/Users

     • If leads have a Spark and they aren't in Apo Users, they must submit their info here: http://apourl.co/UserInfo

     • IT processes these request normally within 24-72 hours of them coming in

     • Note: Only people in ApoUsers will get ticket codes also, so it's critical all Spark & Ignition  members are in this sheet and listed correctly

3. All@apogaea.com - Goes to anyone with an @apogaea.com account and to members of Sparks@apogaea.com

   • Moderated & Limited, only @apogaea.com address can e-mail it

     • Email from Mission Control and Telemetry are not moderated 

Notes:

1. The All@apogaea.com and Sparks@apogaea.com are both moderated groups,

   • Emails to these groups external users and All goes to almost 100 people, closer to the event this increases to around 200 people

2. Only email sent from an @apogaea.com account can email the All@ and Sparks@ groups

   • Messages from other domains will be rejected with a "You don't have permission to post to this group" messages

3. Emails from Board, Mission Control, and Telemetry members are NOT moderated to All@ or Sparks@

   • If there are other group that need to be able to email everyone without moderation IT can set this up also.

4. Email to Ignition@ is not moderated

5. As request from in from the http://bit.ly/ApoUserInfo are processed and users are ratified, IT will add people to the correct groups.

6. The are almost 100 groups use by Apogaea to email different teams and to control access to Google resources, mainly Google Drive.
