Role Overview

• • Work with Volunteer Recruiters during the event to recruit and place volunteers.

  • Help volunteers know where to be and what to do (connect them to instructions and/or leads, connect them to needed shifts, point them to where each role reports for duty). A lot of this is about educating Info Booth, Greeters, Gate and then making info visible.

• • Help recruit walk-ons. Walk around, talk to theme camps.

  • Continue to assess needs for volunteers (which roles, shifts)

  • Make sure info is available at Info Booth
