Volunteer Recruitment Lead

Role Overview

Help recruit Apo volunteers and leads. Encourage people to register early and sign up for shifts early.

Ideally there will be several of these Recruiters, organized by region.

Responsibilities Before Apo

• • Recruit! Talk up benefits, embody the volunteer/participation ethos of Apogaea.

  • Sign up volunteers (online or on paper) at Town Hall Events.

  • Assess emerging needs (review the shift schedule) and communicate with Volunteer Liaison

  • Reminder cards ready at the gate

  • Prepare large sign-up schedule posters for walk-on volunteers

  • Create a system to capture registration info for walk-on volunteers

Responsibilities At Apo
