Shift passes, aka Day Passes, will be allowed per this 3/25/15 motion:
Motion to allow shift passes for pre-qualified named volunteers who will be allowed access to the event for a shift, selected before the start of the event, and then exit the event after their shift
This means shift passes will only be provided to people who IN ADVANCE are approved. Department leads can determine their length of shift and ideally it should be in the VolDB.
It is recommended that people are given some time to orientate themselves with Apogaea and the land before the start of their shift and maybe allow them some extra time after it to decompress.
People using a shift pass MUST enter and exit during gate hours.

May allow fire barrels at center camp and effigy, but will require approval and screens over all openings
